Creativity viewed in connection with entrepreneurial action raises several questions, e.g.: what is the role of creativity in the perception of the environment, the identi fication of new opportunities or competitive advantages? What is needed to translate creative approaches of employees into concrete entrepreneurial action in order to foster novel organisational skills? And how is it possible to ward off the risk of overlooking creative approaches because of established, time-tried mindsets that are already in place? In order to address the issue of creativity jointly and in transdisciplinary fashion, the Medical University of Graz (Division of Neuroradiology), the Karl Franzens Uni versity of Graz (Department of Psychology), the Humboldt-Universität Berlin (Cultural Studies) and the University of Art and Design Linz have joined forces to look at this complex of questions together with a panel of internationally renowned speakers. www.kreativplattform.at
